An editable template for assessing two-year old children, for use in Nursery Schools.

An editable page to use as a formative assessment tool for children aged 2-3 years old. Place a picture of the child in the middle box, then sit down with the child and go through the statements. All are based on Early Years Outcomes 16-26 months/22 -36 months. If the child is able to complete any of the tasks then s/he can colour in the speech bubble; adult to date underneath. Simple way to assess, and involve the child in the process. Can be completed as and when you want.

An editable checklist for 2 year old children. This is a useful sheet to keep track of a two year old's abilities. Use the second column to enter the date and sign off when you consider a child has achieved a certain skill. To be used to complement EYFS Early Years Outcomes; I just find this a more parent-friendly document which can be used during parent/teacher discussions.

An editable form which can be used to give a brief summary of a child's likes and dislikes before starting nursery. Can be emailed directly to parents to complete, or be edited by practitioners to suit their needs.
