Momentum, circular motion, simple harmonic motion and gravity. This Power Point covers the first part of unit 4. I've included notes, which have served as my lesson plans. It's as I taught it, so it needs a good deal of cleaning up before it can be used. This is my first year of teaching A level, and I hope this might help someone in a similar position with the planning load. <p>I give my students two or three small homeworks a week. Each homework ought to take only 10-20 min but the aims are to ensure students consolidate the work from each lesson, keep working on their Physics throughout the week and gain some experience with exam questions. In addition, the light demand makes it more likely that students will complete the work, meaning that I have less chasing-up to do.</p> <p>I put all homeworks on the school VLE and students are expected to print them out themselves: that way, I don’t have to photocopy anything! There should be more than enough homeworks here to keep students going throughout the topic.</p> <p>Mark scheme included.</p> <p>These homeworks cover topic 3.5.1.4 (Circuits).</p>
