Put up these problems around the room. Pupils can work independently, in pairs or groups to follow the trail. This powerpoint includes the sheets for pupils, the challenge cards and the answers. I used this with my year 6 class but it would also be suitable for years 4 and 5. I apologise for the mistakes in this, the first time that I posted this. I have now corrected them.

I used this treasure hunt for my year 6 class. It includes a mixture of 1 and 2 step problems relating to fractions and percentages. It also includes 1 non-verbal reasoning question. The treasure hunt cards can be edited to suit the topic or year group. Provide each group, pair or individual with an answer sheet and get each group to start in a different place.

These price lists can be used for KS2 problem solving in maths. I have used them with Year 5 and 6, in an activity where pupils have to design a playground. I gave the MA and Av pupils a £10000 budget and the LA a budget of £2000. But you could use them in whatever way you wish!
