A powerpoint quiz with clues so that students can guess what the shape is given its properties. The sun in the corner links to the answer for each set of clues if they get it after the first clue.

A matching task where you match the improper fraction, the mixed number and the diagram of the fraction. Aimed at Level 3 CfE. Similar to an idea already on the Tes from kylieW52 (Thanks!). <br /> <br /> Solutions are on the Smartboard and PDF documents. The Smartboard one can be used for pupils interactively too.<br /> <br /> I printed them onto card and laminated them. Good starter/plenary.

Useful for homework or a worksheet in class. Scottish Curriculum Level 3

Various questions on speed, distance and time that are quite straightforward. I tend to cut out the questions and use them as a pass around. Pupils write down their solution to the question and then pass it to someone beside them and then do the next question and so on.
