Mind maps covering all eight topics of the WJEC Religious Studies B course. They are designed to be blown up to A3. These mind maps should prompt students into remembering key aspects of their learning during the course. The key is designed so they use three separate colours for Christian, Muslim and Non-Religious view points on each aspect of the topic. You could change the key easily to fit the religions you are covering. I am also loading up 'Cheat Sheets' which are two sided documents which condenses all of the information for each topic for easy revision.

Great for revision exercises instead of having the kids trawl through text books. Also good when working on past paper questions and with the mind maps I have uploaded previously.

A visual way of getting students to understand the importance of self-esteem and the issue of bullying

Designed to introduce the AQA Religious Studies Philosophy section. I use this prior to teaching the cosmological argument. It is designed to go through some key words and concepts to allow students to gain an academic vocabulary base prior to starting the course. In addition to this I spend some time considering the Judeo-Christian concept of God - not on the slide but really grounds students well particularly if they did not study philosophy elements at GCSE.

This resource follows on from another resource I have put on TES outlining Aquinas' cosmological argument. The powerpoint is divided into lessons and one lesson requires students to research backgrounds to the excessive number of philosophers involved.

A powerpoint which introduces the key ideas of the Nature of God. To be used in conjunction with Taylors OCR Philosophy of Religion Text. Before starting i'd have students identify what they know of defining God to identify the five core terms needed for the modules. This powerpoing focuses on the concept of God being simple.
