Simple worksheet to quickly test circuit rules for current. Kind of stuff I am forever drawing on the board so decided to make it.

Suitable for KS4 and probably KS3 if they are more able.

A CrossNumber with 2 questions for each equation that could come up on AQA Combined Science Physics Paper 1.

Aimed at higher tier students because there are rearrangements and units to change.

Good practice for students interpreting questions, finding the appropriate equation and remembering units.

Answers are included.

(this was quite tricky to make so apologies for any errors or omissions)

I was looking for past exam questions which related to describing an experiment/practical. There didn’t seem to be much around so put together my own.

Note: These are not intended to be ‘practical skills’ questions (paper 3), rather practise at describing how to do an experiment if something comes up, for example relating to a required practical.

Hope they are helpful.

A revision mat with the key points about relativistic mass and the Bertozzi experiment (AQA A-level Physics - Turning Points option).

Answers (basically the marking points from the exam) are on the second slide, designed for A3.

A revision mat for the Michelson-Morley experiment (AQA A-level Physics - Turning Points). Covers the key points they need to know for the exam, plus a diagram with the maths needed to find the phase shift. Went down well with my students.

Answers on second slide. Print size is set to A3.
