<p>Designed as a form time intervention activity - a two page worksheet with tasks that all aim to improve pupils’ literacy skills and ability to answer GCSE style questions. All answers included within the PowerPoint and teacher guidance for delivery of content is within the notes section. Tasks lend themselves to the WJEC GCSE English Language specification but could benefit any pupil who needs to strengthen their vocabulary aquisition, improve their reading skills of retrieval, scanning, selection, summary, deduction, verbal reasoning and inference.</p>
