Includes an engaging range of texts including Pigeon English, The Loney, In Darkness, The Girl on the Train and The Manhunt poem. There are also some section B opportunities to break up section A- using semantic fields and extended metaphor to create more sophisticated character descriptions. Strategies for teaching are varied and easily differentiated. Opportunities for peer and self assessment on language analysis and structural analysis. All lessons are my own written from scratch, some resources have been magpied and adapted.</p>
