Focus on sentences.

Used in the build-up to chapter 14 (Warden's introduction). Useful for creating notes ready for an essay later in the term.

Used as a way into the Don't Get Me Started On...Task with Year 9 lower set.

This was used with a Year 9 lower set as an intro to poetry and teaching them Havisham by Carol Ann Duffy

Uses the opening of Falling Down film to teach pupils about structuring and linking their writing
