A series of 10 lessons to cover the new AQA GCSE specification - Changing Economic World. This series of lessons covers:
There are global variations in economic development and quality of life (including development indicators, demographic transition model, causes and consequences of uneven development).
Various strategies exist for reducing the global development gap.
It is recommended, but not essential (as all resources are included) that you have the OUP AQA text book to accompany.
If you like this I will be uploading my work soon on Nigeria - the case study I have used for this unit of work.

AQA Full GCSE Revision Guide

I created this incredibly comprehensive revision guide for my pupils for the old GCSE Specification. It is packed with photos, diagrams, map and text to help pupils succeed. It had an incredibly positive impact on pupils progress/prep for their exam.
Whilst it was created for the old spec there is a lot of cross over and I will still be using it e.g., tectonic hazard, living world, coastal landscapes, population, tourism and the urban world are all covered here and in the new AQA specification.
I am sure when you see it that you'll agree this is a superb resource.

This is a knowledge-rich booklet of 10 sequenced concepts, designed to be printed and delivered in schools. But has been planned for home learning use in light of and with consideration to the current covid 19 pandemic.

The booklet is dual coded throughout, and makes use of a range cognitive science approaches. Interleaving and retrieval practice feature to ensure knowledge is built upon and authentic links between concepts are established.

Reading was central in the planning of this booklet and a lot of consideration has been taken to ensure that all pupils can access the content, some of which is to A Level standard.

The booklet in my opinion is my most well thought out resource to date and should support all teachers in their delivery of the topic. I am proud of this work and very grateful to the brilliant minds that took the time to review it and help me in the planning of this.
