This three page PDF contains an English mock paper for pupils sitting the entrance assessments (11+ and 13+) at The Perse Upper School in Cambridge. It includes instructions to candidates and a suggested mark scheme. In 2001, The Perse changed the assessment style they use for English from a traditional two-part test comprising of comprehension questions and an essay, to a single task requiring pupils to read and continue a text extract in a way that demonstrates their understanding and other key skills.
