This is a worksheet I've assembled and used with classes in BTEC and GCSE. I've added two image from google image search which helped me explain the overflowing effect when drawing electrons (the class imagined a fountain filling up for the first time). I hope they help! This specifically was my evidence for BTEC 'Assignment 1.3 P3 Describe the atomic structures of elements 1-20, found in the periodic table'.

I have used this for my KS3 and KS4, specifically BTEC Biology task P3. Playing a clip of Finding Nemo beforehand has gone down quite well too. This is a presentation I knocked together to give just before my AQA Physics students entered the exam hall to sit Unit 2. I covers the majority of the course (certainly not ALL thought) and requires a speaker to expand on the images and notes provided. I gave it in 25mins although expanded a lot so the duration is roughly 15-25mins.

This is an information sheet and A3 worksheet about Grasslands as a habitat/environment. I've used it for BTEC Biology task P3 and found various different abilities to be quite competent at completing it using the information sheet to research from.
