What the heck is SPaG?

(0)

In a nutshell, as a qualified primary school teacher and a parent (an exhausted one) I thought I’d have a go at creating a very simple resource that would aide parents with their child’s education.
SPAG is a tricky subject for students let alone parents that have been fortunate enough to miss out on the stress of KS2 SATs…or some that haven’t been so fortunate – sorry!
This resource is designed to be as simple as possible in an attempt to take the stress away for parents/ carers/ guardians and support their children as they approach the end of their KS2 journey…hopefully you’ll learn some SPaG along the way!

Tudor Fact File

Used for a year 4 observation lesson - linking Topic with ICT. The lesson uses iPads to research (using QR codes) and then build fact files about 4 specific Tudor monarchs. The fact file comes with an additional 2 spaces to research a further two Tudor monarchs as an extension task if needs be. The lesson received ‘advanced mastery’ via PAM observation format. Simple resources to use and the children absolutely loved the lesson. Lesson could easily be adapated to suit any year group. All resources made by myself.
