A powerpoint detailing some of the main polymer manufacturing processes, linking to products. Recources include a worksheet and game. The games cards were stuck onto boards which had example products on them. 3 boards, each with 4 products, one on each was thr Odd One Out.
NOTE: Powerpoint has been modified on Slide 2 - Polyethylene diagram is now correct. Even Wikki is right sometimes! :)
<p>A range of presentations aimed at improving/enhancing AS students’ drawing skills through dissasembling and analysing old mobile phones. (And some of the phones really are very old!)</p>
<p>Details about Market Pull/Technology Push, a little planned obselencence and product lift cycle. In summary: the development and progress of technology and how it’s moved products forward.</p>
A mocked up question of the type found in Section B of the GCSE paper. Pupils are often given an image of a product which could easily be made in the workshop. Then through stages they have to draw and explain the processes involved.<br />

This mock-up is designed to practice the quick sketches needed, alongside detailed annotation.<br />
