This is a booklet/workbook designed for year 7 students (possibly as a bridging unit) to introduce the basics of rhythm, note values, the elements and notation. It is still not quite finished, but will load the last couple of notation lessons once they are done! (The Haunted House worksheet is on the mtrs site if you’d like to go there as it’s not mine really to download! Also thank you to mtrs for the inspiration for teaching rhythm using circles in squares!)
