A suite of lessons on the key covenants between God and Abraham and between God and Moses (including a lesson on the Ten Commandments). Each lesson entails engaging/settling starters and plenaries with a variation of activities which have been enjoyed by both a Y9 group and a top set Y10 group - the lessons are easily adapted to suit the different classes. The questioning is set to the Eduqas exam board but is left basic to adapt questioning to different exam boards (I have adapted it to AQA when working in another school). All lessons are on one PowerPoint with an overall Lesson Objective and Learning Outcomes which can be fine tuned for each lesson. All resources referenced are included. Enjoy!

A set of revision mats for guided revision for GCSE RE for the Eduqas Route B course.<br /> <br /> I print them off and blow them up to A3 for the students to direct their revision. They complete with no help first to find where they have knowledge gaps, then use their exercise book and then finally use their revision guide to fill in the areas where they lacking knowledge/understanding.

A lesson with discussions, debates and key information for teacher to deliver. Various areas covered and 'Chinese Whispers' task to press debate on the problems which can come with evangelising. Worksheet used blown up onto A3 for students to formulate answers to the various discussion points from the lesson.

<p>A lesson on the Paschal Mystery used in Sin and Forgiveness but useful for whole Christianity element of the GCSE course for sources of wisdom and understanding the importance of Christ’s suffering and death.</p>

<p>A lesson on ‘Keeping Kosher’ with various tasks including watching a video and collecting key information, researching which foods are Kosher and creating your own Kosher menu.</p>

<p>Two quick paced 1 hour lessons. Students have an A3 copy of the clock sheet. They have ten minutes per topic as indicated on the clock labels. They can do this blind, with their books or with the summaries on the PP. Plenary is to go through the PP and ask students to fill in the blanks when they are covered.</p>
