I created this resources with KS3 in mind but no reason why it shouldn’t be a used in LA KS4.

It is aimed to give the pupils lots of deliberate practice working with force diagrams to find resultant forces.

Please review if you found it useful or feel free to suggest any improvements!

Unit Conversions Booklet

(1)

The booklet includes advice for pupils on how to do some basic unit conversion from both higher and lower than SI. It also includes some practice of the basic skills required for year 11 GCSE Physics qualification.

I have used this with upper ability Year 11 and 10s on the triple physics course as an independent study task and then tested them in lessons. In their feedback they have said that it helped them to understand the concepts.

Some of the concepts on the last page are for very able pupils in year 11 or starter in year 12 to master the skill required for exams.

Please review and let me know if you would like to see something different added that could improve the resource.

All resources are my own, and on that note any errors are too.

This follows on from my lesson about Newton’s 3rd law but hopefully will be useful for you too.

I will upload the answers soon. If you like it please do leave a positive review.
