Worksheet to practise the IDEs and ATEs rules, with some extras to count atoms etc... Good for fundamentals at GCSE, for patching up any holes at A Level.

Pupil tracking sheet for exercise books

Tracking sheet. Uses excel and any data you want to type in - target, prior tests, previous year's exam. Then prints a bar chart for each child's exercise book. I print them at the start of the year with prior data, then students shade them in as they go. When a new sheet is required (new book etc) I print off a new version, with the most up to date data. Students can say what standard they are at, what their targets are and how they are getting along.

Science technician orders

Brilliant way to streamline all technical requests to the technicians. I devised this for a split site school with three prep rooms, so all technicians could see at a glance who has ordered which lessons. This can be easily modified so certain prep rooms only see the staff lessons they need to. Each teacher has a sheet, they type their lessons in for the week, each week for the year on a separate tab. All teachers have their own excel file('Dave', 'Steve') etc shared in the same folder on the network. The technician opens the technician file and this automatically updates with everything all staff have typed in. Print off the week (after the deadline), voila! Two files - the technicians and a 'Teacher1', with sample lessons to demonstrate. I will help you set your sheets up as part of the fee. Top tip - keep all the files in the same folder name - 'Technician orders'.
