This resource can be used for a phonics classroom display or a phonics working wall. Each honeycomb has the phonics sound in the middle and sample words surrounding it. This resource could also be used as a teaching tool for phonics phases 3-5. Encourage children to refer to the phonics honeycomb whenever completing a piece of writing. For this resource, I used a precursive font downloaded from Twinkl. Each honeycomb can be printed to a suitable size for your classroom by adjusting your printer settings, for example by printing 80% original size when you press print. This resource was made using Microsoft Powerpoint which allows for easy editing.
