<p>Created as part of a set of industrial revolution lessons to explore how peoples lives changed because of improvements to technology, transport and working conditions.</p>
<p>A data gathering exercise on how transport improved during the Industrial Revolution. Students then use the information gathered to form an opinion and write a PEE paragraph explaining which development they think is the most significant.</p>
<p>A consolidation lesson exploring the whether Henry II was a good king. Students are asked to weigh up the evidence of factors such as the murder of Thomas Becket and other events from Henry’s rule.</p>
