A teeped lesson looking at the Tollund man mystery. To make this more realistic i put a plastic skeleton and put this in a box full of peat. I would also get a statue and make a noose that i would put in sandwich bags as evidence dotted around the class.

<p>This is a History revision lesson that can go along with the American West textbook for Edexcel. The aim is for the students to have to complete a certain set of tasks, every task they get correct they will be given a number ( You could make it an event or act such as the Homsetead act in 1862.) My students really enjoyed this and many thought this was a good way to revise.</p>

<p>I found that the students were finding Williams problems quite hard to understand. So i made a simple decsion making game to help them. i use it in ks3 but could be used as a good starter in KS4.</p>

<p>I have created an escape room lesson where the students have to complete certain tasks to get a code, once they have completed all the tasks they will put the code in and will win a prize ( i use a little safe or a padlock that they have to open)</p> <p>This gets them to look at key skills that they need for their exam</p>

<p>To help students understand the Great Plains I have created an introduction lesson which has highlighted were all the major events in the course are and the students have to place this on their map. They can then go back to this during the course</p>

<p>Just as revision source for our students i have created some flashcards on one side is the dates and the other is the technique that we are advising our students to use.</p>

This is an activity looking at Sir Francis Drake's journey around the world. The aim is for the students to make decisions based on the information given to them. This is my first thing on TES so please give me constructive feedback.
