Handy for the Year 6 interim assessment of writing. I photocopy this sheet and put it on card for each child. Tick when children can read and/or independently write each word.

This aim of this resource is to be photocopied and accessible for the children to use. Children will then complete the form and paperclip it to the front cover of the book, which can then be displayed in the library.
