This simple activity will help students analyse primary WWI sources. It has been planned for mixed ability KS3 students, with prior learning about WWI. A simple introduction, teacher will test prior learning, and assess any skills. A slide on TAPP, BACC and RARR will guide students on their source analysis. This will need some explanation. (10 minutes) Students will be asked to collect one of five sources. The handouts will have a space for them to apply either TAPP, as a foundation skill, or BACC and or RARR, as higher level questions. Teacher may group students.
