Chill-Out Strategies
<p>Mental Health and Wellbeing is so important for pupils, especially now. This table allows pupils to experience and rate a variety of differentiate ‘chill-out’ or regulation strategies in order to identify ones which work the best for them.<br />
Pupils can then compile a list/chart with those most effective for them.<br />
Activities require little or no additional resources.<br />
