<p>A full three week planned unit based on the picture book Arlo The Lion Who Couldn’t Sleep. This pack contains a written model text adapted from the original story included colour coded features, a three week medium term plan using the talk for writing approach and a story plan template to help guide children in their own writing.</p>

<p>A whole class reading unit based on the picture book version of The Owl Who Was Afraid of The Dark. Contains power point with extracts and directed questions based on reading VIPERS along with final worksheet to be completed.
