Project based 11-page A4 Physical Education booklet suitable for KS3 students. I have used it with years 7-9 and the outcome can be differentiated depending on the cohort of students.

You have flexibility over the types of sport that they research for the project element. I allowed them to choose from a list of sports but once a sport was gone then they had to choose something else. But you as the teacher could dictate which sport each student uses or have them all do the same sport as part of their research.

The fitness element is a four-week log where they have to track 15 minutes of exercise every day and try to make it relevant to the sport they are researching.

Both the DOCX and PDF files are included in the download.

This is a lesson I did with my primary 5 and primary 6 classes during virtual lessons.
