This pattern is so easy it’s definitely for beginners. There are a few tricky parts but YouTube clips have been linked in to give you a helping hand.

New Development Matters (2020) statements with Early Learning Goals from the Early Adopter Schools: EYFS Framework.
Can be printed on A5 paper to create a handy booklet to carry around during observations.
Personally, I print one off for each child and highlight when they have met a statement and keep it in a records folder.
Practice counting forwards and backwards from a given number within 100. Edit the number sequences to suit your class or to recap the skill with different numbers.
So, you’re doing supply teaching. Whether this was your Plan A or something you’d never thought about before don’t panic. As an NQT, I was prepared to look for jobs, apply, interview and be teaching my own class by September. This hasn’t happened for me and yes I’ve been pretty down about it but I’m turning it into a positive. We are good enough, we have worked hard enough, and we deserve a full-time teaching job. We’ve just got to be patient. Our time will come. For now, we get to continue gaining experience in a wider range of schools, with different personalities in each setting, continuing our professional development and arguably most importantly, buying more stationery!

Rhyming Bingo!
Each student has a bingo card with one word on it. The other words are face down in the middle of the group. Students take it in turns to choose a word and see if it rhymes with theirs. The first to a full board wins.
18 different cards to use.
Recommend to print off on coloured card.
