<p>Detailed medium term plan for the Stone Age, aged at Year 3/4 students. The big question in this topic is: How did Britain change from the Stone Age to the Iron Age?</p>
<p>The MTP format includes areas of study, outcomes and key vocabulary as well as ordered WALTs, whole class shared session plan and plenary and key questions for each lesson (2 term unit). <p>A 3 week English Narrative unit with the outcome of writing an additional chapter for LKS2. It is fully resourced and created on Word and PowerPoint, so you can edit if you desire. This unit uses a phased approach: Phase 1 - familiarisation with the genre text, Phase 2 - analysis and capturing ideas and Phase 3 - writing. National Curriculum aims and objectives for Year 3 and Year 4 are detailed and WAGOLL is attached.</p>
<p>The unit is based on Stone Age Boy as I taught this in conjunction with the Stone Age. By the end of the unit, children will have produced an additional chapter which focuses on building tension and then ending with a cliffhanger or a resolution.</p>
