<p>Using the Secret Student is a super behaviour management technique. Simply choose a student at the start of the day. Explain that you will be watching this student all day to see whether they are following the behaviour expectations and reveal that nobody will know has been picked. At the end of the day if that student has behaved well, tried their best and been kind - they will go home with a certificate!</p>

<p>Each page can be printed and placed inside a folder to be used as a divider. Each page outlines each teaching standard, as well as listing possible forms of evidence. Ideal for PGCE/SCITT as well as part of an ECT/NQT evidence file.</p>
