<p>OCR media Level Newspaper posters, designed for a <strong>create approach</strong> to the course. Within this pack, there are posters for every element of the newspaper section (apart from the schools chosen case study). Within this pack there are <strong>13 posters</strong> in total. The first 3 posters are surrounding the* UK press industry* (including both print and online editions, as well as demographics and psycograhics), the following 7 are focused on* language, representations, audience and industry* (including easy to understand versions of all the theorists and how they do/ don’t link to this specific topic!), finally the final 3 posters are surrounding <em>The Guardian and The Daily Mail</em> (with facts and stats that will help student achieve the top grades in their exams).</p> <p>All the notes are made on <strong>In Design</strong>, with graphs and images, constructing a creative approach to learning. Within my experience of tutoring, many students that take media are more creative than academic, therefore, require a different approach to learning. These posters are thereby <strong>key to a visual learners success!</strong></p>

<p>Made specifically for the** OCR A Level specification**, these posters give a new creative approach to the course. This pack of posters is designed surrounding the ‘<strong>music video</strong>’ element of the course, specifically looking at the ‘<em>Heaven</em>’ and ‘<em>Titanium</em>’ case studies.</p> <p>Within this pack, there are 5 posters in total. The first poster gives a brief overview of the <em>history of music videos</em> (extra information that students can take into exams to secure the highest grades possible). The following posters are categorised by; <em>media language</em>, <em>representation</em>, ‘<em>Heaven</em>’ and ‘<em>Titanium</em>’. I have chosen these two case studies, as they seem to be the most popular (within the students that I have tutored). The media language/ representation posters focus upon the norms and standards across the majority of music videos, and the case study posters apply this to the 2 chosen videos (along with extra facts from each music video).</p> <p>All the notes are made on <strong>InDesign</strong>, constructing a **creative approach **to learning. The posters are designed with a bright background, with clear segmentation of all of the different information. This pack of posters is designed surrounding the ‘film’ element of the course, comparing the Jungle book 1967 and 2016.</p> <p>Within this pack, there are <strong>7 posters</strong> in total. They are segmented into the different elements if the* industry topic*, for example regulation/ ownership and control. Moreover, they are designed to weave in extra facts and knowledge, that students may otherwise find difficult to apply to specific questions.</p> <p>All the notes are made on <strong>InDesign</strong>, constructing a creative approach to learning. They are segmented into the different elements if the <em>industry and audience</em> topics, such as regulation etc. The posters begin within an introduction of the BBC, with information that is useful for reaching the top grades with any radio exam question, then lead into the specific industry and audience topics.</p> <p>All the notes are made on** InDesign**, constructing a creative approach to learning. The posters have a bold black background, designed from a previous Radio 1 poster, with bright colour coordinated text. These posters will be comparing T<em>he Killing</em> and <em>Stranger Things</em>, comparing the shows, as well as relating them to every aspect of the course.</p> <p>Within this pack, there are** 13 **posters. The First 2 give an <em>overview of the case studies,</em> The Killing and Stranger Things. The remaining posters outline each <em>theorist</em> (in an easy to understand manner) and linking them back to the case studies- no matter which case studies you are working with, this is an excellent way to see how different shows link to each theorist! Moreover, the industry and audience sections give numerous facts about the TV industry, as well as additional information to take into the exams.</p> <p>All the notes are made on <strong>InDesign</strong>, constructing a creative approach to learning.
