Key Stage 4 PE workout booklet
<p>Workout booklet for key stage 4 students when they are using a gym/ fitness facility.<br />
This can allow students to structure their own workouts and keep track of the weights they are lifting. Can help with a KS4 class who may struggle behaviourally and require some structure to ensure they remain motivated and on task for the entire module.</p>
<p>This provides them with:</p>
<ul>
<li>A 6 week progressive overload tracker, where they can track their weights and repetitions each week.</li>
<li>Health and safety rules of the gym</li>
<li>Examples of workouts: push, pull, legs, upper body, calisthenics and cardio.</li>
