<p>Workout booklet for key stage 4 students when they are using a gym/ fitness facility.<br /> This can allow students to structure their own workouts and keep track of the weights they are lifting. Can help with a KS4 class who may struggle behaviourally and require some structure to ensure they remain motivated and on task for the entire module.</p> <p>This provides them with:</p> <ul> <li>A 6 week progressive overload tracker, where they can track their weights and repetitions each week.</li> <li>Health and safety rules of the gym</li> <li>Examples of workouts: push, pull, legs, upper body, calisthenics and cardio.</li> </ul>

<p>A workout booklet for KS4 students. This will be helpful with providing students with structure to their fitness lessons in a gym setting. This will be extremely helpful with a class who struggle behaviourally and require the structure to ensure they remain on task. Adding purpose to their training and keeping them engaged for the duration of the module.</p> <p>This includes:<br /> -Progressive overload tracker (6 weeks). Students can track the weight they are lifting and for how many repetitions. Aiming to increase this each week.<br /> -Health and safety for the gym setting.<br /> -Example workouts, including: push, pull, legs, upper body, boxing fitness, calisthenics and cardio.</p>
