Included are two complete practise papers for AQA English Language Paper 1. The two texts used for each Section A are ‘The Help’ and ‘The Road’. The extract from ‘The Help’ is slightly too long -intentionally so - feel free to adapt it for your own class. The extract from ‘The Road’ is rather difficult but my middle set year 11 class found it rather intriguing to analyse. Both extracts are found freely available online. You are paying for the paper and its content, not the extracts, which are included for free.
