I made this after having experience as an examiner and a teacher, and noticing that students lacked knowledge of relevant quotes and teaching for Judaism, despite using the AQA textbook and revision guides. I have used it as a revision resource, or you could take individual slides and slot them in across a scheme of work.

This booklet is designed to fit the AQA Specification A in Religious Studies. It can be used in various ways: -Revision -Pre-learning -Homework -Transition work over summer from Y10 into Y11 -Catch-up for absent students It can be used alongside the AQA textbooks and Revision Guides. It also has links to various different ‘themes’ from Paper 2. There are links in here to human rights/social justice, religion and life, crime, and peace/conflict. I have found it works really effectively with my GCSE classes.

I made this resource having been an examiner and teacher, noticing that many students lacked knowledge of relevant teachings for Judaism. It was designed to fit AQA Religious Studies Specification B, but could also be used with Specification A. I have used it as a revision resource, or to slot into individual lessons on schemes of work to promote the use of teachings/quotes/references.

A memory exercise I have used in revision for AQA B Judaism. Space for a quote, and key beliefs and ideas. I have got students to use independently and also used a visualiser to model/add missing information as a consolidation exercise. Can be used at the end of a topic or as a plenary as a unit of work is progressed through.
