Visual aid for pupils which includes different types of jumps used in gymnastics. A wide range of examples including both simple and more complex skills allowing for differentiation. Each jump has been given a 'star rating' to allow pupils to differentiate and select a skill to develop according to their current level of performance and level of confidence.
