This resource includes two lessons based on the Cubism movement and still life Cubist pieces. It cover a history of Cubism and its key features as well as a cube drawing task where students draw an object from multiple angles. The second lesson explores watercolour techniques practice that are then developed into a Cubist-style still life artwork. This resource introduces students to one and two point perspective landscapes and their components. It explores differing understandings of perspective throughout art history and guides students through producing their own one-point perspective drawings.
