A simple whole class assessment feedback resource. Can be used used across KS3/4 and even 5. Easily adaptable to different assessments and even subjects. Great for teachers to track if students met assessment objective/s and see an overview of areas your classes are doing well at, and where they need to improve on. It can also be printed and given to students when providing feedback to keep in assessment folders/books. I usually design the fix-it focus to be on the back of the sheet.

I made this with the AQA English exam board achievement objectives in mind, but it’s easily adaptable. Can be used with novels/novellas, plays, poems. I also then asked students to feedback as a class and have the empty grid on my powerpoint.
