I teach a lower ability, year 1, Maths group. I created this worksheet so that they could practise ordering 3 numbers from smallest to largest, although you could easily use it for largest to smallest ordering purposes as well. One sheet has numbers 0-20, the other 0-10. It is very basic but was perfect for my group. The worksheet can be easily edited. I hope you find it useful!

I created this powerpoint (images sourced from the internet) for my year two class. It was to encourage them to magpie ideas from my writing (e.g range of openers, dialogue, adjectives etc) as I could not find a version I needed elsewhere. I hope the story is useful to someone!

This is a worksheet designed around the story the tunnel by Anthony Browne. I have used the character of Jack as a focus to get the children thinking about how his feelings change throughout the story i.e when he is brave or scared. To extend my Higher ability I asked them to write a synonym for the words brave/scared to show the depth of Jack's feelings. I have used this with different characters and the sheet is easy to edit. This generates super discussion and is also suitable for KS2.
