NEW AQA A level Biology Cell organisation, structure and function

These two lessons cover all the learning intentions from the NEW AQA specification. This is lesson 1 and 2 from 3.2 Cells 2A:
Learning Intentions (Specification: 3.2.1.1)
Know that specialised cells are organised into tissues, tissues into organs and organs into systems
Understand that in complex multicellular organisms, eukaryotic cells become specialised for specific functions
Recall the structure and function of the organelles in eukaryotic cells
Label and describe the ultrastructure of chloroplasts
Students should be able to apply their knowledge of these features in explaining adaptations of eukaryotic cells

These lessons will equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills required of them. There is a recap at the beginning of the lesson for previous GCSE knowledge. There is a PowerPoint presentation, a question worksheet and exam questions with mark schemes.
