A booklet I created for our SEN students to support them in transitioning to secondary school. Booklet includes key information which can be customised, as well as fun interactive activities to be completed during a taster day, transition day or over the summer holidays.

Based on running an additional 3 half-day transition days for SEN students moving into secondary school. Pack includes a powerpoint to follow and accompanying worksheets. Also included is a booklet which can be used along with the powerpoints or as a separate task to be completed over summer.
