Give students the chance to decide how they would have reformed prisons in the 1800s. The lesson includes a price list of different possible reforms and a fill in sheet for students to complete. The task sheet is broken down to allow them to decide what their priorities are for their first and second years. Could follow up with a lesson of how prisons were actually reformed.
