<p>These are three baseline assessments our department uses in the first lesson in September with year 10 and 11 classes to remind them of the topics taught in the previous year. There are questions on Medicine Through Time, American West, Saxon and Norman England and Weimar and Nazi Germany. The idea is to remind pupils of previous topics but also allows teachers to identify any problem areas that may need to be recovered in revision sessions.
