3 reward charts which are editable in Microsoft Word. They are all A5 but could be edited to be bigger. I currently use these charts in my classroom, laminating them and filling them in using whiteboard pens each day.

Chart 1 - a 'Colour the Creeper' chart where the child must colour 9 parts of the drawing to receive their reward at the end of the day. Their target can be written in each day or typed in before printing.

Chart 2 - a 'Colour the Stars' chart where the child must colour 9 stars to earn their reward at the end of the day. Their target can be written in each day or typed in before printing.

Chart 3 - 4 group charts (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue) providing 2 stars for each day. This can be used for completion of work or as a behaviour chart. With my class we have agreed on the rules of using the chart, they must get at least 8/10 to earn 'Golden Time'
This certificate can be customised and used in your school for what ever you see fit.

In my current school we use this certificate for Pupil of the Week awards, but it could be used for any award that you may have. You customise it so that your school name or logo is at the top of the certificate.
Sheets to record work with target groups on a weekly basis.
Fully editable.
This sheet allows you to track and record any work complete with target groups of children.
It is separated into Literacy and Numeracy and based on a 6 week block. There is room for recording the details of the group as well as resources being used with them.
I use it as part of my evidence of work which is completed with my class target groups.
