A quiz to revise a selection of cases from unit 02: criminal liability and liability in negligence. A warm up round, add the legal principle to case name, picture rounds and add the case name to legal principle. All answers are in notes of each slide. This is a three lesson mini-project. It combines: Aristotle’s triad of persuasion, christmas adverts and links back to ‘A Christmas Carol’ (which could easily be removed. The idea is to introduce the methods of persuasive writing, then watch some Christmas adverts and then write/direct/storyboard their own Christmas advert using ethos, pathos and logos.
