This is a three lesson mini-project. It combines: Aristotle’s triad of persuasion, christmas adverts and links back to ‘A Christmas Carol’ (which could easily be removed. The idea is to introduce the methods of persuasive writing, then watch some Christmas adverts and then write/direct/storyboard their own Christmas advert using ethos, pathos and logos.
