A scaffolding worksheet of finding the missing length & perimeter of a compound shape
I made this document for a y8 girl who always struggled with maths. I explained this topic 3times in different methods but she didn't get it competely. She got it fully in the end until I made her this worksheet.
My main idea is to focus on helping the student to see the relationship of lines in same direction, then build up maths equation , then work out the missing value with or without algebraic knowledge.
