This is a lesson about the conditions and ethical issues in clothing factories, focusing on a case study of a girl who works in clothing factory in Bangladesh. I use this lesson with KS3 textiles. It is a interactive ICT lesson, just set up the three separate Power Points and split the students up into three groups. The groups of students then work their way around the stations and fill in the corresponding sections of their worksheet. The student Power Points have information to be read along with visuals and videos. At the end bring them back round and show them the end of the Power Point showing ways that people can change their shopping habits.

A power point and grid worksheet for VCERT Food and Cookery L2 Unit 3 Exam: 1.2 (micro nutrients). I also created top trump style cards with all of the info needed in the exam about the micro nutrients. I used these to help fill in the grid worksheet and I will use them for revision. These took me hours to make so hopefully someone else can make use of them too!
