This is a variation on the letter scrabble games and has some different rules to make it easier. It is a challenging game and you may want to change some of the rules for differentiation. If you like please rate and comment thanks.
I was always told never to reinvent the wheel and so thanks to some fabulous work from other teachers I have tweaked a project with some spectacular time and effort given to it into something that pupils become very excited about in their lessons. This is a dispenser project with a booklet to go with it, I will add on the SOW later but many thanks to Mr Mitchell HD Stafford Middle School Langley BC Canada and also to nwalshex who's hard work and effort in project booklets has helped me immensely and helped this project.
I saw the original Hunger Games booklet and added bits to it and couldn't find another one for the next book. I have used this for SEN KS3 and have left it in word so that you can change parts/pages/the whole thing (if you need/want to), please delete as appropriate.

A sheet that I have designed for testing pupils, measuring equal amounts with different quantities for example 1cm = 10mm, Km to M, M to Cm, Litres to ml etc. Get pupils to cut them out and stick them down in books.
This follows on from the double digit mental maths worksheet. Could you mentally calculate four, five or six digit numbers by 11? No? not a clue! Well.......here's one I prepared earlier!
Again thanks to nwalshex who's booklets inspired me to design these new projects. This is a small project where pupils create their own zen gardens, they cut mitre joints and complete lots of design work in 2d design. I will get the powerpoint file so that you can amend it to any way you need to asap.
