I designed a cluedo lesson based on the board game. students watch the teachers act out a murder mystery and students work out who has done the wicked deed. students use the cards and information and some simple experiments to work it out. you can play the start video to set the scene and the answer is on the last video clip. enjoy!
click on a AF and it will take you to some sample outcomes. Great to use when planning lessons to.
Please give me feedback on this item because I designed it to help teachers with APP

Students get into groups and have to find out about a renewable energy resource. They present their findings to the class. Can they make money for Sir Alan Sugar? (left over units)? There is a map of the offices with details about the climate ect. Comes with APP see other resource, so students can mark each others work and improve and nuclear energy is the red herring because it is non renewable. You may need to insert the sounds into the ppt or just keep the whole lot together in a folder so the computer can find the music/ sounds.

using OFSTED criteria broken down i have made a tool to help plan lessons. It gives ideas so the observer can clearly see what is going on in lesson
please feedback on this resource
Group work activity which students look at a map of ( a made up) chernobyl and work out if it is safe to build ne homes there. I got the idea from chernobyl diaries.
it also has success criteria too. designed it so it can be used with students in class so they can use it as a level ladder. Can be used for lesson planning, peer assessment etc. - it is split up in to high medium and low ability. please leave feedback
tell studnets the story on the ppt but don't tell them anything else. in groups students work out what happened and who is the murderer.
At the end I also demonstrate how corrosive strong acid is by using it to dissolve a fish eye
