Prior to the assembly, get each tutor group to nominate a 'flipper' and a 'counter'. You will need to buy a pack of ready made pancakes & borrow a frying pan from Food teacher for each tutor group. I spoke about giving up biscuits é signing up to Race for life - you may want to change these slides. The 'flipping slide' has a link to a stopwatch - 1 minute was plenty. I got the counters to count for a different tutor group.
