Monopoly based on GCSE and AS unit 1 courses. Lay questions out across desks and answers seperately.
Project board (PPT) onto whiteboard and students can use marker / post-it as a counter.
Students roll dice to move round board:
Cash won = marks awarded
Black hole = lose 5 marks (total up on board, equivalent of free parking)
Pass Newton= +20
Land on Feynman = +10
Land on Einstein = Win black hole money!
Vectors or SI units, star questions and HSW = +3
Top trumps game to help students understand the different types of power station. Before playing for each card they ask the question at the bottom of the card.
