<p>This is a fun and engaging way for children to practice adding fractions independently. I find students who have a hard time adding fractions, suddenly are asking for help because they want to win the game! It is a great activity that is educational and fun.</p>

<p>I made this resource for my class as a part of their homework. I hope you find a good way to use it! I used a number of mathematical concepts and tried to keep it consistent to ensure students get that important repetition. I challenge the students to time themselves each night and see if they can get faster! They enjoy the challenge and I have seen fantastic progress in their mental maths skills.</p>

<p>I made this resource for my class to apply their knowledge of grammar and punctuation concepts. Identifying mistakes is an important skill. If they can recognize errors and apply their understanding of grammar and punctuation conventions, their writing skills are going to improve. However, editing texts and rewriting sentences can be a mundane task! So, I tried to create short texts with quirky stories or interesting facts to engage the students.
